For the Atmosphere we had Desi Campbell, who's singing was great, and at a perfect level, so we could listen to and enjoy it, but also still talk easily. “ During our vacation, we hadn’t planned to visit Zest, just bumped into it suddenly when we were looking for a nice place for dining in San Giljian. We were lucky to wait for a table around 10 minutes, reservation is definitely required. But this zone with a bar, cozy balcony just to wait and drink an awesome cocktail made this waiting seamless. It was March, so not such a touristic season. Atmosphere was amazing, the lady sang beautifully and relaxing. What about the food, it was the best Asian food I’ve tried all around Europe. Sushi, Pad Thai, just blew my mind. Highly recommend, hope they’ll receive a Michelin Star in the future! ”

“ The food here was very good, especially to me the Chicken Gong Bao was 10/10! The service was impeccable and everyone was professional and friendly. Our server was Ivan and he was very good with us and we had some help and introduction from maybe the manager(not sure honestly) who also helped with a random question I had about the city. We found out about this restaurant about 40 minutes before we went and were lucky to book a reservation right before we went. Loved this restaurant, would definitely come back! For breakdown- we got 2 appetizers, 3 sushi rolls, and 3 cocktails and it was less than €100 before tip :) ”
“ This was a phenomenal first meal in Malta, there is a reason this is on the Michelin guide! Every item we ordered from start to finish including drinks was packed with flavour and craft. We went with some of the menu recommendations by our waiter, starting with: -Pork soup dumplings (UNREAL) -Chicken bao buns (such a beautiful flavour) -Prawn tempura (fantastic) -two rolls -pad Thai (such a balanced flavour) Do yourself a favour and make a reso because we are already planning a return visit during our four nights here. It was amazing, thank you for an unforgettable meal! ”
